CINCINNATI, OH. - A man was arrested Thursday night after he allegedly shook and dropped his infant who required emergency hospitalization at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

Police say 20-year-old Demitrius Suber shook and dropped Lamar Mijul Suber, his 30-day-old child, at his Colerain Township home on Arborwood Drive.

The child had to be taken to Children's Hospital, but the infant's condition has not been released.

Suber allegedly told investigators that he has an anger management problem and admitted to the incident. He was jailed at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

20-year-old Suber, whose Facebook page lists him as a 2010 Xenia High School grad, is charged with felony endangering children and held on a $50,000 cash bond. The current charges could be upgraded should his infant son's condition worsen.

UPDATE 01/27/2013
Cincinnati man "Demitruis", perhaps an alternate or inaccurate spelling of Demetrius, Suber was found guilty of two counts of Felony Child Endangering by Cincinnati Judge Steven Martin.

In exchange for a guilty plea one count of Felonious Assault, committed by Suber against his own 30-day-old son, was dropped.

On May 5th 2012, Suber was sentenced to 2 years in prison, at the Southern Correctional Facility in Lancaster, Ohio near Columbus. He is scheduled to be released in May of 2014.
