Wesley Lamont Fain convicted of Fetuscide.CINCINNATI - A man who pleaded guilty to charges involving the death of a woman's fetus and the police chase the initiated the sequence of events to follow was sentenced Thursday February the 17th 2011.

Wesley Lamont Fain, 18, was arrested in June 2010 after crashing his car while fleeing from police.

A passenger in Fain's car, Jasmine Malone, 19, was 35 weeks (7 months) pregnant when she was thrown, physically ejected through the windshield, flying from the car when the car Fain was fleeing in crashed. Her unborn child didn't survive.

Fain pleaded guilty in February to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of failure to comply. Five other charges were dropped in exchange for the his guilty plea.

Fain was sentenced to nine years in prison.
