A 22-year-old Ohio man over the course of a one year period of arrests clearly shows increasing mental instability.

22-year-old Arthur Kelsor, pictured above, has the typical arrest record that most crack addicts have. His arrests in Cincinnati, Ohio for charges range from minor misdemeanors like Obstruction, then more serious convictions for Resisting Arrest and finally dangerous felonies like Felonious Assault.

His mug shots, taken over the course of a one year period by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department, reflect the drastic psychological changes that appear to be taking place in the young man as he inflicts permanent and irreversible brain damage upon himself.

Arthur Kelsor was found to be Mentally Incompetent on July 11th of 2011 by Cincinnati Judge Winkler and sent to Summit Behavioral Center for treatment. On that date, Kelsor was also convicted of "Harassment With A Bodily Substance" which he pled "Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity" to. He was found to be Mentally Incompetent for this charge as well.

In a further development in March of 2012, Mr. Kelsor received four years of Probation for the charge of using his excrement as a poisonous weapon and was back sent home to his Mt. Airy neighborhood from Summit. There he violated his newly received Probation.

During his brief release, Kelsor tried to start a Facebook profile. After a few months, he abandoned it. It hasn't been updated since the summer of 2012. Were simple tasks becoming too much for Kelsor to handle at this point?

In September of 2012, Arthur Kelsor's Probation was revoked and he was sent to Allen Correctional Institution to serve one year for Assault and Harassment By An Inmate. However, he was back on the streets of Cincinnati on May 31st 2013.

In June of 2013, less than 30 days after his release from prison, Kelsor quickly continued amassing crack related charges including Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drugs.

Kelsor was quickly given an O.R. (known as an "own recognizance" release) even though he has repeatedly been found Mentally Incompetent with a long history of drug abuse by Judge Norbert Nadel. After his September 2013 sentencing, he received traffic related charges in December of 2013 - meaning he was given less than 90 days in jail for his latest drug related felonies.

Due to incomplete court records, or perhaps a move from the city of Cincinnati, his current whereabouts are not known at this time.

Current research on this case suggests that Kelsor's father could be convicted sex offender Arthur Kelsor II (born 1965) who lives in Cincinnati. In fact some court records refer to Arthur Kelsor as "Arthur Kelsor III". Further research shows one Arthur Kelsor I (born in 1930) with a history of alcohol related convictions.

If this is true, Kelsor is a third generation criminal who never managed to break free of the cycle of substance abuse and violence that took the better part of his father and grandfather's lives.
