Three men were being questioned by Cincinnati police after a man was shot and killed in Colerain Township on Tuesday afternoon, according to a police report.

A Hamilton County narcotics agent said he heard gunshots and saw three men fleeing in a car north on Pippin Road at about 4:49 p.m.

Police said that Sam Campbell, 37, was found shot at 8680 Pippin Road a short time later. He was taken to University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Investigators stopped and arrested the three men at Compton Road and Forest Avenue.

Police said that 18-year-old Antonio Collins of Covington, 18-year-old Frankie Arnold of Covington and 19-year-old Marcus Englemon of Cincinnati, were charged with Aggravated Murder and Felonious Assault.

Bond for Collins was set at $1.5 million on Wednesday, while Arnold and Englemon were ordered held at $500,000 each.
