CINCINNATI - A 20-year-old Winton Hills man is charged with having sexual contact with a child in South Cumminsville.
Darrell "D.J." Quarles Jr. was arrested late Tuesday night by Cincinnati police. The alleged incident happened around 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Elmore Avenue.
The child's specific age is not known, other than that the child is under 13.
Quarles, who was previously convicted in 2010 of making death threats, now faces a felony charge of gross sexual imposition and has been placed under suicide watch.
